Sold me a messed up engine and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t give me my money back, I tried to return just a couple days after buying it so it made no sense, horrible service wouldn’t recommend it for anyone

I have been doing business with these guys for over 7 years but recently I purchased a rebuilt motor(tacoma 5vz) from them installed it and it shot nothing but smoke out the tail pipe enough for me to blind and stop a whole entire freeway I contacted Tom and he informed me that it was my valve cover so I switched to the ones i had on my old engine and it still blew a smoke screen of smoke out the tail pipe I also replaced the pcv pipe and still nothing. I took the truck to them (2 hours away from me!) Just to have these guys be really aggressive(felt like I was about to be in a fight) and rude(yelled at me) telling me that that's not supposed to happen (well ya think?). These guys did a cylinder leak down test and informed me that it passed so it can't be a bad motor so it's not their fault I asked if they could test to see if it's a bad valve guide or valve stem seal these guys looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about and the technician diagnosing my truck apologize to Tom for not knowing much about diagnostic then Tom turn to me and told me that it's a bad valve cover and that he'll send me another one which I have already replaced it three times now with no luck in stopping the smoke what's so ever I asked tom to give me another motor and Tom keeps declining my request for another engine because it passed a cylinder leak down test but a cylinder leak down test does not test for bad valve guides or bad valve stem seals i had a Toyota master technician of 25years in my class take a look at it and he said it was either the piston rings weren't put 180 out or like I said bad valve steam seals/guides according to their parts driver Three other customers are having the same problem and these guys(tom, engine world) are trying to stall untill the warranty period is over so it wouldn't be their problem anymore. Guys go to the b.a.r(bureau of automotive and repair) and report these shameless guys(tom, engine world) my original motor didn't have any smoke problems just a rod tick so instead of rebuilding the motor myself I came to these guys for a much more easy and simple replacement just to get scammed by them now I'm stuck with a paper weight and they're still telling me its the valve cover ps: customer service sucks ass
