  Crime. In the past month, there have been 3 (three)!!! incidents involving armed people in/ around the building. First, the subway on the bottom floor was robbed at gunpoint, followed by a gunman in the building, and finally today, on 1/20/2018- there is a "stay inside, police are on scene" email. After dealing with dozens of car break-ins and an increase in crime, the buildings response is beyond disappointing. We do not feel safe in our apartment, let alone outside in this area.
